Glidden Latex Accent is a 100% acrylic, super adhering, interior and exterior primer/sealer specifically for use when painting with accent colours. It is tinted to provide the best starting point for any intensely coloured topcoat. It provides a uniform surface by blocking out existing colour, promoting colour development and uniformity of finish.
